MRI Property Central - Credit Control eLearning
This self-paced course covers using the Credit Control Centre in MRI Property Central.
Upon completion of this eLearning course, you will be able to:
- Use the Credit Control Centre, including updating Contact information, viewing the Account Status, Blacklisting a Tenant, and handing over a Tenant to an Attorney
- View current Tenant Attachments and upload any additional Tenant Attachments
- Set and view Reminders for Tenants
- View the SMS History to Tenants
- View the TPN Risk Profile for the Tenant
- View Open CRM Cases
- View Reporting related to the Credit Control module
