MDA Property Manager - Asset Registration & Accounting Workshop

This course is designed to equip users with tracking of asset information as well as to track and manage financial values associated to these assets.

Why?

Asset management allows clients operate, maintain, upgrade and dispose of their assets cost effectively. Asset information as well as financial values can be easily tracked and managed from one central point whilst achieving financial reporting.

This 4 hour individual client session includes:

  • Manually load assets.
  • Import assets.
  • Load cost values 
  • Process depreciation journals and other related accounting processes 
  • Work through end-point reporting 
  • Use new navigation tools in MRI Property Central such as the report centre, help centre, notifications centre and scheduling reports.
  • Access the myMRI Client Portal
